Genuine BMW Shifter Arm Locking Pin

Also known as the "b*itch clip" among the BMW community due to the difficulty it takes takes to remove.  The removal of this clip is required if you are replacing your shifter bushings.  You are likely to bend this clip upon removal if you do not remove the entire transmission.  This will render the locking mechanism useless, requiring a Genuine OEM BMW replacement.
